For a few months now I captures (cut-n-paste) my Portfolio screen table and paste into a spreadsheet to calculate some numbers for each of my portfolios. One column I summarize is "Payments to date".
I also captures the Payments section on the Account/Summary screen that contains "Payments to date". I do a little checks-n-balance between the two totals for "Payments to date".
Before yesterday it was always <= $0.01. Today it is off by $12.33. Yesterday had various LC "system error" corrections resulting in "Credit for ineligible loan{s} ".
Anyone else compare these two numbers and find them difference? Only takes a few seconds to cut-n-paste.
I've been sending LC some info to look into this difference.
Anyone else have a difference in these two "Payments To Date" areas?
If you have more than one Portfolio just cut-n-paste this table into Excel or Google Docs spreadsheet to SUM it up. (Make sure you have 0 in the notes not assigned area)
I have a huge problem with Payments to date: mine is totally nonsensical. I think it has something to do with Folio trades but can't find any calculation on the extended note CSV and traded notes CSV that even gets close? Here is a guess:
The "payments to date" is the sum of payments made on all loans I hold and not "payment made to me". So depending on when I purchased it I am seeing payments made to the previous owner (on folio purchased notes) added to "my payments to date".
I don't do folio trades (as of yet) but mine are now matching up. This thread is pretty old but there was another problem which I reported and they solved not too long ago.
