When we used to be able to ask Q's, I used to use readyforzero.com to get verification on items but couldn't remember the website.  In doing some routine check ups on my high risk notes, I came across a note which the borrower used it even after the removal of custom questions.  This is an example of readyforzero:

Made me realize how much I missed getting that info lol

Loans are getting funded so quickly now that most of the time when I bother to "submit" a question, by the time the answer comes back the loan is already 100% fully funded.

I love ReadyForZero and I was in favor of making it an option during the application process for borrowers to link their account. Nothing has happened with this but having so many debt consolidation loans I think it would be good to have some third party verification of payment history. I even started a Readyforzero member portfolio in early 2011 and so far have had no defaults.

BTW, I think we will see a slow down in loans being funded here soon - with 2,400+ loans on the platform right now they won't be disappearing as quickly.
